28 May 2021
On 4 May, the European Public Health Alliance (EPHA) and Eurochild held an on-line workshop Reducing inequalities from the first years of life: the role of Early Childhood Development. The event was part of the 2021 flagship conference of the European Social Platform, ‘Building Social Europe’ in partnership with the Portuguese Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security.
The workshop discussed the Early Childhood Development policies needed to provide equitable solutions to health and social inequalities, advance “social Europe,” and contribute to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
